  4. Join us in Croatia for a week-long training Academy
  5. Once you complete the academy - start working for our partners including The Yacht Week
  6. Be part of a global community for life

YOUR FUTURE SAILING JOB

Working on a yacht is like no other job. Surrounded by friends and crystal blue water, here’s what a normal day looks like

A normal day as a skipper

  • 07:00 - Wake up, fill water, prepare the yacht for sailing
  • 09:00 - Clean up after breakfast and make yacht ready for sailing
  • 10:00 - Leave port and set sails
  • 13:00 - Stop for lunch in a natural bay
  • 16:00 - Arrive to next port, help stock up groceries. Eat ice-cream.
  • 19:00 - Dinner with guests at restaurant

A normal day as a host

  • 07:00 - Wake up to make breakfast
  • 09:00 - Clean up after breakfast and make yacht ready for sailing
  • 11:00 - Start preparing lunch
  • 13:00 - Clean up after lunch and make yacht ready for sailing
  • 16:00 - Help skipper moor the yacht for the night
  • 19:00 - Dinner with guests at restaurant
